oaei2006_mappings.rdf contains all mappings of which at least 3 of the 5 participating systems (Falcon-AO, RiMOM, HMatch, COMA, Prior) agree that it is a valid mapping, plus all gold standard sample mappings.

Gold Standard mappings use the following custom subproperties of the SKOS Mapping properties: verifiedExactMatch, verifiedNarrowMatch and verifiedBroadMatch.
The rest (which is still not assessed) use the unverifiedExactMatch, unverifiedNarrowMatch and unverifiedBroadMatch subproperties.

The other rdf files contain the Gold Standard samples used to evaluation precision (biochemical, generic, taxonomical) and recall (oaks, rodents, europe, animal_health).
